revelations

 
if I cut you'll feel it
you reach into me
I reach back
I never want to hurt a conscious

it is second nature to me
to quietly observe the universes
there is a knowledge imparted to me
I need to share it

my drive to write you
is given me as a mission
to spread truths
to open minds on the cusp of awakening

in my silent times I am resting
the revelations that come through
are equally exciting and frightening
I am like everyone else
I have a family I fear loss

I am to evolve past this
it's the human in me
tightly wrapped to the mortal coil
who closes her eyes
and for a while refuses to see

only to be stirred from my place of rest
it's back to my mission on Earth
to send a message to the peoples
we are not alone in these universes
