VACANT VACATION EVACUATION

I stood misunderstood on the edge of the ridge
on the ledge of the bridge leading to nowhere
but down...........................................\
wearing only a wrinkled crown and a frown
and a bungee cord noose around my neck.
I prepared myself for the journey
staring out into emptiness
bliss
shit and piss
that is this
ready to plummet into the inner depths of my psyche
I was ready to fail and ready to fall
and to eternally burn
but I was never prepared to return
Rash cash spent in a rush for the invocation
during the invitation evokation
of imitation masturbation
This is how I spent my vacation
