Complexity

 I’m broken tired
And carrying burden
Of my unseen pain
My heart full of Angers
Mind battling reactions
And all the dangers
Yet I’m the one
Expected to stand strong
Feeling like
One more feather
Going to crack and fall
Im broken
Trying to mend
Yet losing hope
Who is really my friend ?
Where does it end ?
There are no shoulders
For my falling tears
When can I just rant ?
Trusted vent
My voice falls
Upon deaf ears
I’ve been praying to God
I keep searching for hope
I’m broken
Trying to cope
My mind is full
Anxieties raged
Chains rattled
Depression is caged
Facing another day
Hiding inside
Who is the one
Offering smiles
Secretly fighting
Constant internal battles Nobody’s around
Wiping tears
Before they reach the ground
In secret I cry
I am the one
Expected to never
To come undone
Expected to understand everyone
Expectations placed on me
Oh so high
Simply me complexity
I am broken this is why
