Alone She Sits

Alone she sits
Outside the grave yard
Fence
Where hopes and Dreams
Are layed to rest
The ink of her thoughts
Free-handedly flows
Poetic expressions
Of what's been hidden
Inside her Chest
She writes to those
Who understands her
Pain
To those whos hearts
Have broken and
Afraid to love again
She writes about the
Darkness where
There's no light
And the days she
Fades into loneliness
And the emptiness
Of the night
She titles her poetry
Signs her name
On the tombstone
You'll read
Where it's engraved
‘I've left my burdens
And all my sorrow
I shall dine tonight
And perish tomorrow’
