This is interesting to contemplate. On the one hand, it is wise for us to be mindful of what we partake in, what company we keep, so that we are ingesting as much positive and healthy and as little negative and unhealthy as we can reasonably manage. On the other, thinking of walls and abstinence, sometimes the way out is through and we learn by experience. It makes me think of, for example, in more conservative societies, people are not allowed to have relations or live together before marriage and this leaves them in a position to not really know what they are committing themselves to when they do get married. When you are going to buy a car, you kick the tires, look under the hood, take it for a test drive. I am rambling lol. Your write got me thinking and that is a good thing.
