to measure up
to your inexplicable expectations

do not expectorate
  my name
before the
inspectorate
or parade
  my parabolic
paradigms
before the
    judgment seat
   of your paralytic
         entourage

go govern yourself
the selfsame way
   you govern me
and the futility
 of your fragile
    future      
 will suture
 your breach
 of confidence      
    wherein lies your
  delicate self defense
easily offended
and so easily
often dead…
