1. SLEEP  
      
hyenas laughing loud      
but the lion wears headphones      
the lion sleeps tonight      
   
2. PJ 's
   
zebras are so cute      
in black and white pyjamas      
always bed ready      
     
3. LEGS      
     
they say Flamingos      
can sleep standing on one leg      
I can sleep on none      
     
4. HOWL      
     
wolves howl all night      
disturbs creatures from sleep      
Like noisy neighbours      
     
5. YAWN      
     
Hippos yawning wide      
elephants snore so loudly      
snakes just whisper      
     
6. SQUEAK      
     
bats hang upside down      
all the blood rushes headwards      
that is why they squeak      
     
7 BITE      
     
Let sleeping dogs lie      
do not tempt fate to find he      
bites the hand that feeds
