I have had enough
Listening has brought me pain
Sneering laughter
Bitter twisted words
Silence!!
Give me silence…
And all I hear
Is my own heartbeat
The very breath from my lips
Me holding on to sanity

There have been times when that’s all I had was breath, somehow I’ve survived. Trust me I didn’t want to, but I’m still here so those built in instincts must be strong

If I’m deep, it’s on a subconscious level. Was listening to a Peter Gabriel song Walk Through The Fire , from the opening of untitled page on iPad to submitting this here took 13 mins and this why when I say I write raw this how it comes out and probably why I will never be a poet in the real sense of the word
