Image for the poem lotus

lotus

I bend for you so you can take my will
a black woman screams then shifts
lifting her bridal veil

you walk the celestial halls
picking up imitations of my manifestations
flavored mimics who will never satisfy your lusts
get on your knees obey us

Woman in all her glory
brought you into being from desire
I desired!!!
you're weak in your game
the lady of the house demands a man

a star, a God flicker on the horizon
I thought it might be you
but that was just a glamor

I am the first and the last
you touched me once in my vastness
then pulled away preferring my toys
little girls of the host
afraid of a full-blown Goddess

you should be ashamed
sigh it is what it is in this world of sorrow
I can feed your want in any form you crave
but note each lotus you open--
is always one in the same

Me your treasure
