Where's My Hallelujah

When the day is long and my peace is gone
I'm tired and toiled and the plans go foiled
I need my Hallelujah

When all I have left is my last breath
I've given my all and I begin to fall
I reach for my Hallelujah

The rain comes in with the whipping wind
The night is frightful and surely spiteful
Where's my Hallelujah

I'm looking for reprieve
I'm in need of relief
Allow me to grieve
Set me free
My Hallelujah
Where's my Hallelujah

When I'm all cried out and I scream and shout
My heart breaks and my body aches
I need my Hallelujah

When I'm filled with hate in an angered state
I'm stomping down with fire around
I reach for my Hallelujah

The sun goes down and love is not found
The day is lonely and I feel homely
Where's my Hallelujah

I'm looking for reprieve
I'm in need of relief
Allow me to grieve
Set me free
My Hallelujah
Where's my Hallelujah

When all is lost and hope is tossed
My faith is tested and my soul is restless
I need my Hallelujah

The stars have fallen and the Angels are callin'
My world has frosted, My soul is exhausted
I reach for my Hallelujah

Where's my Hallelujah
My Hallelujah
Set me free
Allow me to grieve
I'm in need of relief
I'm looking for reprieve
Where's my Hallelujah
