Nail in the coffin.
I put my life's work into us and left my true love behind. The very thing that won you over was put away in the back of my mind.
What was supposed to be an outlet kept having your name added to it.The fire was smoldering while we grew hotter.
When you left me high and dry I wanted to swing as high as possible from the closest tree.
That fire grew into a blazing inferno that only wanted to burn everything around me. Sorry but that mask is making a comeback,no emotions to show you.
Thanks to you I have the weaponry that I needed to become my true self.Your kisses gave me are not as sweet as the blood you will shed through my ink.
Your not the only one. I already gave that week piece of shit what he wanted. He's become a playgourd swing for the crows in my backyard.
No more pity,or forgiveness just work to be done and feelings to burn away.
