Short and to the point. It seems hate spreads much more easily than love - not sure why. Perhaps it's because love requires inner strength and is 'hard work', whereas hate requires only off-loading one's unprocessed stuff onto others (which is easier)

I don't understand how people can invest so much of themselves in hate. Seems such a waste of energy. It serves no purpose at all. Love is the road I choose.

being involved with toxic people can also infect you to return the toxicity. he only solution I have found and it took me 58 years to recognise. Evict toxic people from your life - walk away

can lead to you being Isolated but even that is preferable
