A fractured society exemplifies
The cost of life unsimplified
The price of envy - greed and strife
Paid in full - paved with lies

Neglected sense of self ensures
The disconnect - the world's allure
To pacify the thinking mind
Violence, drugs, lust, and vice

Only a fool can see the truth
Comatose has taken root
Obey, conform, submit, consume
Loyalty to the servitude

From cradle to grave we imprint the culture
But nothing is as it presents
Preying on our decay like vultures
Thriving on man's ignorant bliss
