it was you or me or both
a dance
a glance
sincere smile
and then walks
and long talks
without any questions
"that's strange I thought at the time
does that mean
no interest
or
all interest I can get?
of course
naivety paints pink
covers everything in candy wrap
shines and attracts
I thought I could get to the bottom of it
I thought there is a mystery
and a prize to be won
once it's solved
and there was just nothingness
staring at the back of my head
and smiling slyly
