Wishful Undoing
Can you make me less .. broken?
Restore the innocence I lost?
I always knew knowledge was power,
But was too naive to anticipate the cost.
Can you undo the mistakes I have made?
Fix the lives I forever changed?
Rebuild the trust that I lost,
And mend the relationships now estranged?
Can you make me less .. broken?
Here are all the pieces of my heart;
Show me the path back to the beginning,
And I will gladly embrace the re-start.

Beautiful. Absolutely beautiful. Sadly we can't undo what we have done, but we can repair, as much as possible. That would make us less broken. J
