I had no idea, honestly. Congratulations on your accomplishments. I'm impressed by your perseverance. Though you are conflicted, and you feel you are not doing what you want to, it seems you are doing other things that you like to do to remain fulfilled. Who cares what your grandma thinks... Happiness is the #1 priority. I hope you are able to find that

Sometimes even if we aren't doing what we want to be doing, we are learning valuable skills that will help us to do the things we actually want to do. Your learned perseverance will help you in many areas of your life - and who says someday you can't go back and get another degree, or pick up new hobbies if you aren't fulfilled in your current situation. Find happiness, in the little things... And everything else will fall into place. I'm proud of you. But most of all, you should be proud of you.

Sometimes it feels so surreal. The more I get closer to the taste of success the more it seems unobtainable. I will just have to take one day at a time…then I have clinicals entering Nurse Practitioner

I'm confident that you will succeed in whatever endeavors you pursue. I know you have it in you! And I'm not just saying that... You don't get into a leadership position by being ordinary :)
