Such an aggravating feeling fills me with frustration then thy monkey mind Begins scanning, analyzing everything it's a never ending battle to not be bothered by the contents of my mind.
No place to hide from what goes on inside thy head.
Don't drown in the dread
it's a damn waste of existence
push through with persistence
can't continue to distance yourself from the divinity in every single thing.
