Sunrise in a rainy day
The rain was merciless, pouring all the time,
The sky was dark with rain clouds,
The wind was an angry witch with vengeance,
The sun hid behind the dark clouds,
And I was sad and depressed.
I was standing near the window,
Watching the passers-by passing by,
Then I saw a girl coming in my way,
Like a beautiful mystery, never seen before,
Her eyes were like night sky, and
Her smile was radiant like sunshine,
Her hair was flowing like a black river,
She kindled hope and happiness,
And it was none but you, my love,
Like a sunrise in a rainy day.
The sky was dark with rain clouds,
The wind was an angry witch with vengeance,
The sun hid behind the dark clouds,
And I was sad and depressed.
I was standing near the window,
Watching the passers-by passing by,
Then I saw a girl coming in my way,
Like a beautiful mystery, never seen before,
Her eyes were like night sky, and
Her smile was radiant like sunshine,
Her hair was flowing like a black river,
She kindled hope and happiness,
And it was none but you, my love,
Like a sunrise in a rainy day.
