On unconditional love and friendship
I have met the beautiful love of my life
Maybe only six or seven times before
Only one became my fine and treasured wife
But all of them totally freaked up my life
I'm not necessarily talking coital
Although I've always desired each of them
Unconditional love is instrumental,
Monumental, and aims at unjudgemental
I loved them for who they were, and wont to be
Not for their property, rank, or privilege
I loved them very simply, I loved them free
I loved their fair earthly form and company
I loved to talk on topics of their choosing
I loved to look into eyes, as if to glimpse
Whether love there I might see were mirroring
If love were there, despite others' abusing
Some may call me privileged, some too lusty
And this is fair, I stand guilty as accused
I love smart, pretty women who are busty
curvy women who are flirty and trusty
Hurt I my lovers too, mostly by mistake
Although to my shame once or twice on purpose
When I were younger, I gave less than I took
Now older, love is more precious than a book.
I will never throw your love away, no way
even if you angry rail 'this is goodbye'.
I am loyal and obey, and what you say
I will; yet love you too, 'til my dying day.
