It’s OK to cry
Sometimes you just have to cry
Wipe away the tears from your sad eyes
To clear the picture that you see
Envision the good things meant to be
But if the lens should not clear
There’s no need to worry or to fear
Just give it time and lend it strength
In the end yourself you’ll thank
For being strong too long’s a curse
To not cry out would make it worse
So lend your fears and worries to time
In the end you’ll be just fine
Crying is not a sign of the weak
Not a sign of being too meek
Being the rock for all those around
While you let yourself fall to the ground
But it’s alright to let the world drop
You may think it but it won’t stop
Give yourself a break and understand
It’s alright to give in to caring hands
To let yourself recharge and mind embrace
The beauties and imperfections you chase
Let those who care lend strength to you
So you can better yourself too
Heal your mind and your soul
So one time again you can help others be whole
Wipe away the tears from your sad eyes
To clear the picture that you see
Envision the good things meant to be
But if the lens should not clear
There’s no need to worry or to fear
Just give it time and lend it strength
In the end yourself you’ll thank
For being strong too long’s a curse
To not cry out would make it worse
So lend your fears and worries to time
In the end you’ll be just fine
Crying is not a sign of the weak
Not a sign of being too meek
Being the rock for all those around
While you let yourself fall to the ground
But it’s alright to let the world drop
You may think it but it won’t stop
Give yourself a break and understand
It’s alright to give in to caring hands
To let yourself recharge and mind embrace
The beauties and imperfections you chase
Let those who care lend strength to you
So you can better yourself too
Heal your mind and your soul
So one time again you can help others be whole
