Reset

You can always reset your psyche,
You control the content circling your cranium to a certain extent.
So take a minute
to sit back
and rest,
Let thy soul
slip away ever so swiftly.
I know your mind's a mess
and you're oh so stressed but
do your best.

You see
I believe this experience is whatever
 we perceive it to be but at the same time, I view it as a test of some kind,
to try and not let thy mind control you.
Not always as easy as we would like it to be.
Don't flee from your feelings,
 there's no escape,
no evading the emotions
you must embrace this truth.
Experience this existence
Experience the pain
Experience the pleasure
Experience being..
Enjoy the trip
and try to get a grip before you slip into darkness and get stuck forever.
