Strokes II (A Rap Song)
Attention here may I have with you one word,
I want to talk to you about one who's called God.
You see all the natural elements, of whichone is rock,
The land, the sea, all in this crafted world.
The passing day, succeeding dawns,
The sky stretched abroad like silken lawn,
Hocus-Pocus of the dusk piercing like thorn,
All were the graceful craft of his word's world.
Tears of the poor, wail of the tried,
Plight of the good, to hardship tied.
Trials of each day,in which we all hide,
For which good many of us had cried.
Pull of fate, burnished furnished in trait,
Pool of faith, swimming we all in hyper hate.
Unfaithful priest, hunger, suffering he didn't them make,
Those are men, so why then him hate?
