Man this hit me hard. "the darkness and the thunder" seem all engulfing at times. Flashes of clarity and inspiration do come to me at times but I can't shake the paranoia that this World is an existential void devoid of meaning. It's like the Tower card in a Tarot deck: impending doom and a sudden upheaval. Just when all seems well, BAM! the other shoe drops and I'm left to deal with life on life's terms. Again this hit me hard. Compelling stuff.
