(Un)Compartmentalize

Not I said the swatter to the fly 🙄 I'm not much of a feeling bottler, however, some injustices I've endured should have warranted a more indignant reaction.

Reactions I can sometimes temper, but the feelings themselves..... yes, I feel every step and nuance of their dance intensely! Ignoring is not an option....

each sense magnified
yet heart sensitive to the slightest of movement
now live with that!

Well, I hadn't thought of it as thinking outside the box.....! Good interpretation.

I was thinking about how some people can "compartmentalize" their thoughts.... separating business from personal, for example. Or ignoring their negative emotions and pretending they don't exist. I don't have that ability!
