chasing a shadow

For one who grasps life,
I have no doubt reasons will
be found, if only from a new
perspective and reminders
of an old.

I sometimes have this same problem. It helps me to read other poetry or listen to music that makes me feel certain things, maybe even reading books.

And therein lies the problem... i suppose.

If you’re not actively musing, you’re not actively
creating, and if you’re not actively creating; then what are you doing ?!

Creation out of chaos, yearning for peace, yet wondering if when you find it you will feel the need to even express it. Reminds me of Rumi when he states there are no words to finish his poems. As if words would never do justice to the experience itself.

Literally how I feel right now dude

I feel this deeply. The words battle it out in my head when there is no time or peace to compose them....

There is no inbetween - either we're at our creative edges, or we're asleep in consciousness.

There's the catch, isn't it? We ache for the peace to write...and then when we do find it, we just wanna enjoy that peace. I hear you with this one.  :-)
