The Last Statues Stand

If all the water
in the world
turned to lava
like a pearl
raised up
and covered over
the land
of our mother
desert sands
now smothered
so sisters and brothers
hold your hands
this time is over
the last statue will stand
then melt to nothing ,
climb if you can
because the ground
is bubbling
over all elland
sense of life muddling
heads melt into hands
humanity's in strands
hot rocks whip around
like Saturn's rainbowed bands .

It's natures way
of taking over
the biggest Pompeii
the cracking of all thunder

The ending rampage
of solidified carnage
even more so
than the Dinosaur ice age .

The smoke of a Volcano
rises up ,
and the world
wears a halo
of gone by corrupt .

Life a game
the rules are insane ,
each other a player
where we can't win
in the endgame .
