Lighting a candle today for my very Good Friend who died while me and him were stationed at Castle AFB, Atwater, CA.
This is a super spill for all to reflect and honor those who served, are serving and who no longer can serve.
& for the fallen and their families.

A day of deep reflection and gratitude. I have my uncle's army jacket which I wear proudly in his honor. ♡x

The color red is a strong image and one to not forget, also the poppy being so important due to morphine. I love the 'flower language' of this and how it accentuates the message. Really great tribute to veterans..

I am very, very late (or very, very early) in thanking you for remembering. It is evidently too easy for many to forget that if they (veterans & their families) had not been, we would not be. Thx.
