Been thinking a lot lately
Of the end
again
A cowards’ approach to
Excessive complexity
Choices made long ago
And daily regretted
But falling
Spiraling
Cloaking
Myself in
Ropes
Knots
Accidental falls
Cuts
Wounds
Departures
Appeal though outlandishly
Impractical solutions
To problems probably
Simple enough to solve
With resolve
Humility
Dedication
And a few pleas for help
Somehow I enjoy languishing
In pain and despair
Waiting for someone to save me
Knowing full well
Only I can save my self.
