Never Truly Fix Them
My family is dying
The kids are always crying
Food is what they need
But there's not enough to eat
Suffering is all they've known
Never really having a home
None of us really know our dads
Which makes the kids sad
I try to help but end up failing
I'm kept awake at night by their wailing
They're hearts I try to mend
But I can never truly fix them
The kids are always crying
Food is what they need
But there's not enough to eat
Suffering is all they've known
Never really having a home
None of us really know our dads
Which makes the kids sad
I try to help but end up failing
I'm kept awake at night by their wailing
They're hearts I try to mend
But I can never truly fix them
