Have I shared with You how far I’ve fallen?
From my back, I watch pillows of
billowed clouds float aimlessly
seemingly playing a game of hide
and seek with the sun while
the Sky wantonly looks down at me.

The powered blue canvass
littered with Dragons and playful
wee Robins high in the air
tease me to come and fly
beckoning achingly to melt
evaporated this becomes our coition!

This love affair of mine with the Sky
was always undertow and often
hidden,  laced with my reticence
and wishful thinking. . .
Questions that required no
responses answers caught
in flight with flirty winds on high
eventually finding a home
alit nestled warm amidst my
acquiescent heart.

I have quietly fallen into
the Sky
without reservation
without expectation
without
yet still
and still within
a want to be

interconnected

connection

connected. . .
