So peaceful in your pond
our humble king
Observant and wise
my glorious manatee

I frolic with joy
Into your fairy ring
mesmerized and bewitched
as sprites and nymphs sing

Let me lap at your water
satiating my thirst
allow me permission
for you, come first!

Spellbound I float
feet glistening wet
trod your path unbidden
I beg to be your pet.


Basking  under shaded sun
lying on Lily pads
fish cleaning  feet
as they waft in
cool waters clear

slowly carried along around
by  playful light zephyrs
a creation of Faeries' feathery beats
amidst the flowered
glen.

Minxy makes eye contact
momentarily looks away
turns back with a parting glance
captivated by the redolence
of your bouquet

Eyes locked
momentarily achieved,
lips slowly licked
just a little flick
a prick
to  inflict
