The Clocks Will Tick

To be one of them, I so dream
But, unattainable it seems
I will never enter their clique
So long as all the clocks will tick.

Oh, I try - but I'm the outcast
My destiny, the die is cast
They just look at me like I'm thick
So long as all the clocks will tick.

I'll never know what it is like
To be popular, and well-liked
Want me locked up, they think I'm sick
So long as all the clocks will tick.

I guess I'll drop out of the game
Doesn't matter, they think the same
Try to be nice, I'm still the prick
So long as all the clocks will tick.
