Mantra

Just have to keep up the mantra.
it's just temporary, its not for long.

How many more times before it starts working?
How many more times will my emotions be spinning the tunes of agitated, stressed, turmoil in my head?
Who knows?
Not me because i can barely hang on and i can hardly breathe.
The elephant in this room is space consuming but no one wants to see that it needs to be freed.
The confines of this cage is making me claustrophobic but i just gotta nod my head and repeat this mantra,
