A Birthday to Remember pt1

such a lovely birthday
going out and having fun
no mention of the finances  
work or the kids at home  
just you and me baby  
you know your still the one  
   
I know you so well Beloved  
there will be vases of flowers at home  
chocolate covered strawberries  
you arranged for us to be alone  
   
but the house is dark  
circuit breaker tripped  
no electricity, just the fireplace glowing    
a bottle of Rose' to sip  
   
a blanket spread before the hearth  
cupcake with candle lit    
 beautiful love note from your heart    
but you have that look, something's not legit  
   
haven't seen that mischievous grin for a while    
that naughty twinkle in your eye  
the sound of your belt as you whip it off  
makes me squeeze together my thighs  
   
definatly, a birthday to remember
