Hechizo

Touching smooth stones
With shaking fingertips
I try my best to atone
Lest I drown in my sins
Unassuming opalite
Can only bear so much
I soak up the last of it's comfort
Then allow it to be cleansed with a touch
Of moonlight from my windowsill
Now with dry lips---
"What I have done shall
Be no longer so
I mote it be
Suelta el hechizo".

Author's Note
Not one of my best, most intriguing poems or anything by any means, but I like it regardless and wanted to share one of my poems that wasn't just depressing as all hell.
