The Struggle To Write

So many feeling I want to express
But cannot find the right words
It is hard to write poetry
When I have so many emotions
Not a single thought stays long
I am always getting distracted
All these ideas to write about
And nothing seems to sounds right
The words are always coming and going
It is difficult to remember everything

Sometimes though
I will have an emotion so strong
That a poem is formed
And I am satisfied with its perfection
It flows like it should
And portrays exactly what I want

But that is a rare occurrence
