Oblation
on the ledge,
the edge of
loneliness
You let me fall. . .
into Your eyes
gasping for air
I struggled to
keep afloat
my conscious
love for You.
desperately, though,
I wanted to free
myself of my need
for companionship.
You were kind
You were intoxicating
and I think You held
more common sense
when You left me
for life
and living.
We are both now Free.

no finality, here
only an end to separate means
I think perhaps, only the Christian exes might view this as an end, a final depart.
Love that You read and shared Your read, though!

kind of..........right?
I was not trying to make it so
but it just came out this way
I blame the word < loneliness > on the turn to the sad

Oblation
5th Mar 2019 9:24pm
Comes a time one has to leave off taking the cow by the nipple and take the bull by the horn!
I am lost in the depth of this eloquent river. It is stark but honest.
Yet, it yields to receive as much as to give -- that elusive freedom.
Beautiful.
