Endless Sky
When I look through the window,
I see a time, that has gone before us.
Yet not a time, that will come after us,
And a dying light holds onto hope.
And the melancholy is like a drug to me,
That unveils the curtain of a wretched sea.
And with every single moment,
Whispers a millennia to me.
When I silently stare at you,
I see an endless sky.
It exhales my every death,
And the night is a goodbye.
When I begin my journey,
I drench in endless rain.
It condemns a solitude,
And the night is a goodbye.
An explorer on a distant planet,
Walks through the ruins.
An explorer on a distant planet,
And the journey begins.
I see a time, that has gone before us.
Yet not a time, that will come after us,
And a dying light holds onto hope.
And the melancholy is like a drug to me,
That unveils the curtain of a wretched sea.
And with every single moment,
Whispers a millennia to me.
When I silently stare at you,
I see an endless sky.
It exhales my every death,
And the night is a goodbye.
When I begin my journey,
I drench in endless rain.
It condemns a solitude,
And the night is a goodbye.
An explorer on a distant planet,
Walks through the ruins.
An explorer on a distant planet,
And the journey begins.
