carnival mask

These are the days to be oneself
Remove the mask put on the shelf,
Some may hide throughout the year
And in this time they will appear,
‘cause these days all seems to go
What does matter will not glow,
For all the year behind the mask
Behind your back people may bask,
Only few will watch your back
And will always hold your knack,
These are those that one should treasure
Who admire you without measure.
