A New Day
Birds are chirping in the trees
As they greet a new day
Like music to my ears
The world is still sleeping
At this peaceful morning
The sun did not rise yet
And the sky looks misty
The morning air is cool on my face
Nature is waking to another day of living
Trees are still, standing tall like sentries without the wind ruffling their leaves to swaying
Old and wilted leaves lay scattered on the ground that fell from the trees last night
The atmosphere is calm
And promises a beautiful day
A new day that is yet to unfold its gifts and surprises
There is a feeling of anticipation waking up to a new day
As I welcome each morning of my life
As I bask in its wonders that fill my senses
As they greet a new day
Like music to my ears
The world is still sleeping
At this peaceful morning
The sun did not rise yet
And the sky looks misty
The morning air is cool on my face
Nature is waking to another day of living
Trees are still, standing tall like sentries without the wind ruffling their leaves to swaying
Old and wilted leaves lay scattered on the ground that fell from the trees last night
The atmosphere is calm
And promises a beautiful day
A new day that is yet to unfold its gifts and surprises
There is a feeling of anticipation waking up to a new day
As I welcome each morning of my life
As I bask in its wonders that fill my senses
