Magik Faeries

The flowers tell me Faeries are their masters
The trees say those lies are disasters
The centipede chattered as they paced
The rocks just sat there stone faced.

The bees buzzed by
The clouds stayed up high
The wind continued to blow
The water did lazily flow.

I ignored the flowers, the trees,
The centipedes and the bees
I shunned the rocks, the water
The clouds and the wind (even though I fought her)

I followed the clover and mushroom trail
Until I came upon a Magik snail
It knew my questions, I did not speak
"I know the answers of which you seek."

"The Faeries do not rule, they are not cruel.
They respect the land, they are gentle with their hand
And in return, the land does learn
To flourish and grow, from the sky to below."

"Open your mind to legends of lore
Open your mind to so much more
The words I say are words that are true
If you believe in the Faeries, the Faeries will believe in you."
