This Glowing Locus (1st Draft)
This bosom, the locus of my emotionality
glowing like a lantern when you’re beside me,
the very essence of my being in perfect rapport with you.
Pity not for when you see me dying to a flicker.
Your altruistic intuition knows to revive my flame already.
You know I betrayed you,
yet you’re merciful. Why?
What’s this disposition to be so forgiving?
Clemency, desiring it I confess shames an amorous villain.
So, cowed timidly in submission I am,
so humble and towering you are.
I, your chained, docile light,
not expecting you to show me tenderness as
the last licks of my firelight pulsate,
as you become malevolent in your stare.
Revulsions of your unmasked malevolence
renders your deceiving benevolence.
