9125 days in 25 years of being sick with 270 days of incarceration,31 days of hospitalization,27 days of inpaitient treatment,4 days on my own That makes 31 days straight in recovery and 332 life time days sobriety,that leaves 8792 days of being sick,

It feels like im locked in jail counting my days till freedom,
physically I feel great mentally im stuck in my head walking in circles,
I need to keep busy,but first I need to go to bed,
Ill keep counting the sheep bouncing in my head that are screaming at me you can do this,cause if you dont your good as dead,
