Image for the poem We wait for the wisdom

We wait for the wisdom

Said the wise man
to the disguised man
"What are you hiding?
You fear truth..
You fear life past youth..
You fear what you could be."

We wait
for the wisdom
while our lives pass us by..
We wait for the wisdom,
the wisdom will not show
the wisdom won't wait
For you..

I'm in the outside
observing the "ordinary"
What do I see?
Many illusions,
Much confusion all around me..

We wait for the wisdom
as life passes us by..
We wait for the wisdom
The wisdom will not wait for us
The wisdom will not wait for us..

We don't perceive much
don't believe much
Just stay so decieved..
We don't detect disaster
or inspect the imposters
We just bow to the masters..

We wait for the wisdom
As life passes us by
We wait for the wisdom
the wisdom will not wait
for us
the wisdom will not wait
for us..

Said the wise man
To the disguised man
"Why are you hiding?"
I fear truth
I fear life after youth
I fear feeling forgotten..
