Which is better?
Humility brought by suffering
Humility dutifully sought
Little better than beast
My head is bowed low, grass I eat
All I have is nothing
I steep my thoughts in earnest adjuration
Bitterness and sorrow
Blessings overwhelming
The former are removed
The latter are bestowed
His greatness made manifest
“Who is greater? None”
Riches, finery, power, wealth
I will never again be without
I am astride the world, master of all
My greatness is grown and reaches heaven
I have built my house by the might of my own hands
All others are beneath me
I recognize no power but my own
