Sympathetic Green apathy
I let the engine idle for a couple of hours
as I threw heaps of coal upon the fire;
watching plastic burn is so satisfying.
On my way home, I bought a big mac meal,
left it for the birds to finish.
just missed the bin with my half drank bottle of coke.
That night they were moaning about climate change
stupid humans, they'll never learn, I felt smug drinking my fair trade coffee.
