confusion, bewilderment, fear, the eating away
of ones' personality, the endgame  
of existence without dignity, such a death
within life ..

I feel this. My dad has the gene and is scared of it, too.

hangs over so many of us
but so many of us
don't like to mention it ..

I will start working in the field of elderly care. I will get to see a lot of it.
