Remember
Remember that time
we raced through the cold December rain
to my apartment
and made love for hours on
rain soaked sheets?
Remember when you left after
I made breakfast of coffee, toast and bananas?
Remember how I walked you
to the bus stop and
laid my robe down across the
wet grass to save your shoes
like I was Sir Walter Raleigh?
Well you can keep that memory too...
They're all yours
I won't need them
we raced through the cold December rain
to my apartment
and made love for hours on
rain soaked sheets?
Remember when you left after
I made breakfast of coffee, toast and bananas?
Remember how I walked you
to the bus stop and
laid my robe down across the
wet grass to save your shoes
like I was Sir Walter Raleigh?
Well you can keep that memory too...
They're all yours
I won't need them
