Age Is Nothing But Number
Age is nothing but a number..
Nothing more, nothing less. It’s not a timer, indicator, or reference point.
You don’t have to know what you want to do at 13, graduate at 18, find a job at 21, fall in love at 24, get married at 27, have kids at 30, buy a house at 35 etc etc..
If we all knew EXACTLY when we were going to die, then maybe it could be, but some of us go at 85, others at 16.
Age is nothing, but a number..
It’s just the best way for humans to quantify how long since your mother and father were given the opportunity to contribute a piece of their souls to the universe, till NOW.
Kind of like “THE BIG BANG”(no pun intended).
If your 20 years old, depressed, unhealthy and feel crappy,
How much more alive are you than someone whose mid 60’s, but smiles every morning and laughs every evening?
Age is a not hindrance, as long as your getting wiser each day, it’s a GIFT.
But it’s kind of like those knitted socks you used to get on Christmas. As a child you threw them aside, for your actions figures and Playstation games. But 10 years later, when your toes are freezing, out with your friends on a Christmas evening. You start regret that no-one had taken months at a fire place, with knitting wool and needles, and made you a brand new pair to keep your feet warm.
Don’t spend your youth complaining about getting old, only to spend your “old” age reminiscing on your youth.
Just live.
Don’t get older or younger.
Just live.
