Emptiness epidemic pt.2

Forget the obsolete frames of mind,
unlearn the insecurities.
Eliminate the existential despair.
Hold back the burning rage tiger
there's better, ancient ways to express your divinity.

Now the heartbeat of civilization speeds up, the mind racing 'round.
           No control only choices
as the anxiety eats away at them from the inside out.
Bad habits prolonging the search for purpose.
An aimless expectation.
"Hey kids you're the future take this international crisis."
Fast forward to now
the frustration and fear fills them,
absorbing the mistakes of ancestors
and the faulty mind frame
infects all of reality
they say "no problem here, focus on this irrelevant distraction instead."

             Do humans always think
             that they are in control
                     of everything?
 besides the raging emptiness epidemic.
